Campus Living is seeking candidates for two positions: Campus Living Community Coordinator (CLCC) or Campus Living Community Assistant Coordinator (CLCAC). The position offered will be determined based on the needs of the department, the assigned Campus Living Community, and the candidate’s qualifications and experience. Both positions are 12-month, full-time, live-in roles that support the daily operations, student development, staff supervision, and community engagement of a Campus Living Community.
The Campus Living Community Coordinator or Assistant Coordinator supports students, staff, and the department in advancing the mission of Campus Living through staff supervision, community member engagement, operational processes, and attention to community facility needs. Depending on the position and assigned community, the role supports a Campus Living Community of approximately 350–800 residents and assists with the supervision, development, training, and evaluation of Community Assistants and, when applicable, graduate student staff.
In collaboration with departmental staff and campus partners, the Campus Living Community Coordinator or Assistant Coordinator implements a community engagement framework that reflects current student development needs and trends. The position contributes to developing and maintaining a comprehensive, enriching, and connected campus living experience that promotes student success, engagement, belonging, and employee development.
The position supports the day-to-day functioning of the Campus Living Community by addressing student and staff concerns, assisting with operational needs, responding to facility-related matters, and fostering a safe, welcoming, and supportive residential environment. The role works collaboratively with campus partners and departmental colleagues to identify community needs, implement programs and initiatives, and support student learning and development.
